Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BoltMaster mobile application ("App") operated by MK Team ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BoltMaster is a steampunk-themed physics puzzle game. The App includes 250 levels across 5 worlds, achievements, and optional in-app advertising. The App is provided free of charge with ad-supported content.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, game design, code, and text, is the property of MK Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements will be shown during gameplay. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MK Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
